Hello Everyone.
This isn't really AMOS-oriented, but...
As you may know I am venturing into Budget-Software
Development on the Amiga and PC. My first title will be a much
enhanced version of StarStrike2000 and is already underway.
I'd like to form a small "Idea Group" with other developers.
Basically, so we could just throw some ideas around, and have
an all round good ol' fashioned brain-storming session or (better
for e-mail), take part in a "pass the pot" cycle.
This "IdeaGroup" would deal with issues such as concept and
design, and all the subjective aspects that must be dealt with
before we can proceed to the implementation phase. Think of it
as a lot of BSing that hopefully produces some interesting
game-designs, expands and solidifies raw "ideas", provides new
twists on old play-mechanics/genres, etc.
I particularly would be interested in working with my CBATNAM
team-mates in this "Idea Group" (lame name I know - Creative
Consultants is better), but the offer is open to anyone...
It really shouldn't be too time-consuming and if we could get
five or six people involved in this, I'm sure it would be both
interesting and productive.
If you're interested, please reply to me directly...
THANKS!!!!
GARFIELD
